Vendors are solely responsible for shipping their products.
You choose your preferred shipping carrier, set your own rates, and manage the delivery process directly with your customers.

EirMed Fertility does not handle or intervene in shipping logistics. All shipping fees collected go directly to the vendor.

Full control over:

• Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)

• Delivery timeframes

• Shipping costs and policies

This allows you to maintain flexibility and build trust with your customers through reliable service.

Payouts are processed after the order is marked as “Completed.”
This typically means the product has been shipped and successfully delivered (depending on your store’s settings).

• Standard processing time: Once a payout is initiated, funds are typically available within 1-3 business days depending on your bank’s normal processing time.

• You’ll receive an email notification when your payout is on the way

How Do I Get Paid?

All vendor payments are made through your selected payout method during registration. You can choose:

• PayPal – fast and secure

• Bank Transfer – available for verified vendors

• Other local options (if supported in your region)

You can update your payout details anytime from your Vendor Dashboard > Payment Settings.

How to Request a Payout:

1. Log in to your Vendor Dashboard

2. Go to Payments > Withdrawal

3. Enter the amount you’d like to request

4. Click Submit Request

That’s it! You’ll receive a confirmation, and we’ll begin processing your payout.

How Long Does It Take?

• Payouts are typically processed within 1–3 business days

• You’ll receive an email notification once your payout is approved and sent

Important Notes:

• Your available balance must reflect completed orders

• Commission fees are deducted automatically before payout

• Make sure your payment method (PayPal, Bank Transfer, etc.) is set up correctly under your Payment Settings

To maintain a professional, clean, and trustworthy marketplace, all product images uploaded to EirMed Fertility must comply with the following guidelines:

1. White Background Requirement

• All product photos must have a pure white background (RGB 255,255,255).

• No patterns, colors, or distractions behind the product.

• The white background helps customers focus solely on the product and ensures consistency across the platform.

2. Product Presentation

• The product should fill at least 85% of the image frame for clear visibility.

• Images should be sharp, well-lit, and high-resolution.

• Avoid shadows, reflections, or any props in the image.

• No logos, text, watermarks, or stickers on the images.

3. Image Quality & Format

• Use JPEG or PNG formats.

• Minimum resolution: 1000 x 1000 pixels recommended.

• Images should be clear, professional, and represent the actual product accurately.

4. Compliance & Moderation

• Uploaded images will be automatically reviewed for compliance.

• Non-compliant images may be rejected, resulting in delayed product approval or removal from the marketplace.

• Repeated violations may lead to suspension of your vendor account.

5. Support & Resources

• We provide guides and tutorials on how to take white-background photos.

• Vendors are encouraged to use professional photography services if needed.
